The Holy Spirit entrusts and gives inspiration and guidance to those people whose goodness can be recognized by the way they treat other people and our world. (John 14:26)
This scorecard has a list of comparisons between behaviors that we see in everyday life that can help us discern which people are on the side of the Holy Spirit in God's Great Game of Life, and which people are not.

OR

Do they have time for their family and friends?
OR
Is their time consumed by their ambitions?
This list could be much longer, but it is sufficient to make a discernment on how far people are on one side, or the other, in the Holy Spirit's contention against the greed, pride, violence and fear in evolution's instincts that were never intended to be part of our human lives.
PREDESTINATION CAN BE CHANGED.
The Gospels tell of the joy when someone changes their life. (Matthew 18:12-14).
Our DNA and epigenetics, which are inherited from our ancestors, determine our predestination at birth by which of evolution's instincts our epigenetics are pogrammed to control our thoughts and behavior. When those instincts direct life to greed and violence, the Scriptures call these people wicked, evil, the devil, and Satan. In today's world, they are often called ambitious
But that predestination can be changed either way by changing the epigenetic programming that regulates the expresion of our genes.
The initial programing of our epigenetics is inherited and influenced in the womb. But throughout life our epigenetics are continually being reprogrammed to suit our circumstances, and by our emotions, thoughts and actions, and by the influence of other people.
Evolution's instinct for merciless competition, goaded on by greed, pride and fear, has caused the rise and fall of family fortunes, kingdoms, dynasties, and empires. This cycle of rise and fall is related in Scripture, the Greek epics, the history of China, and events in our lifetime.
The Ten Commandments and the Laws of Moses did not prevent hatred and injustice, nor the endless wars of greed, glory, and revenge, with plunder, looting and genocide, among the walled city kingdoms of the tribes.
The psalmists and prophets pleaded for peace and justice, and threatened terrible consequences if people did not listen. But people didn't listen and suffered the consequences over and over and over again, down through the ages into our own lives
The people of the Holy Spirit have always tried to convince the people who are enslaved to evolution's selfish, destructive instincts, that the happiness everyone seeks can only be found by living in a just and peaceful world with compassion for other people.
